Who do we Coach?

Teenagers, Mums, dads, business executives, teachers, doctors, retail workers, admin staff, students, creative people, home executives, currently not employed….and the list goes on…

Individual Coaching – sessions are booked and agreed with you. This can be done in person or online. For effectiveness a minimum of 6 sessions of 45min is a fair amount of time to start shifting towards the goals you set. Packages of sessions are available.

Group coaching – The groups would generally have a common goal that they are working towards. The groups sizes should not be more than 10 people. Sessions will be minimum of 1 hour and a minimum of 6 sessions is required to get to a point of shifting towards goals set.

Personal achievement coaching – Individuals would already have an objective or goal they would like to achieve, and a program in consultation with the client will be discussed, and agreed upon.

Teen/student coaching – With so much uncertainty that surrounds this group, teen coaching is fast becoming an avenue parents are opening up to. We assist by helping the Teenager/student  identify areas they may or may not have known they need to improve, help with growing a tool kit over time to face situations that are often difficult to navigate. This can be also tailored based on the teenagers/students needs.

Gratitude and Awareness Clubs – A unique concept , developed by Coach to Self , to teach the Junior primary students on how to see themselves in a more positive light, grow awareness of self and emotions, and live from a place of gratitude
